Why Do Bees Have Fur?

The fur that is present on most bees is vital for their survival. The hair on bees body is branched and allows them to collect pollen grains from flowers. The fur on the front and back legs are used to brush the pollen of the flowers. This technique of pollen collection leaves behind some of the pollen grains, which is the primary way in which bees pollinate flowers.
